GetTempFileName() returns a DOS path (with ~ in it) how to convert ?

hi

Path.GetTempFileName returns a string in the form :

C:\DOCUME~1\DEFAUL~1\LOCALS~1\APPLIC~1\

how can i convert it to a normal readable path

C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local Settings\Application Data\
