GetIUMS error on startup

Hi Everyone,

Getting this error when I start Outlook 2003.

DDE server window: Outlook.exe - Entry Point not found


The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.dll


Can anyone give me any insight on this issue.

Updating to the latest version of MDAC via Windows
Update fixes this problem.
