get values even if null

I have a query that has one field that may or may not have
a value. When I run the query only the records with a
value show up. I tried criteria if null, etc but am not
very good with code. Any suggestions, It would really be
appreciated. I am using MS Office 2000 Thanks!!!
 
Post the SQL statement that you're using so that we can see what you're
doing. And identify which field is the 'culprit'.
