get the envelope icon attachment to show in the body of an email

In Outlook 2003, some of my incoming emails come with the message in an
attachment (envelope icon) rather than in the body of the email, especially
when there are other attachments. This doesn't happen to all of my received
emails. How to I set up Outlook so these messages will show in the body?
Usually there is some HTML in them, but I do have the setting for HTML
enabled.

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup that's related to Outlook. This one's for
questions about Access, the database product that's part of Office
Professional.

You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for the Outlook Office program
you are using. I would suggest you include your Windows and Office
version number in the message.
