Get schema from a table or all tables in a db

Sorry to cross post, not sure if either is correct forum.

I need to get a report on the schema of a few tables in this db. One has
over 200 columns so I'd like to get it to hard copy.

How can you do this in Access? I can do it in SQL Server but I'm missing
the location of this data.

the documenter is CRAPPY.

if you used Access Data Projects it would be quite easy to build a view
off of SysColumns
