Get rid on annoying popup window!

Does anyone know of a way to get rid of the annoying pop
up window that comes up everytime you insert a CD or ZIP
disk, asking what you want to do? I keep having to
click 'take no action' It is driving me mad! I have XP
pro. Any help much appreciated!

You must open MY COMPUTER, Right-click on your cd drive
and click PROPERTIES, go to the AUTOPLAY tab, and select
an action for EACH ITEM in the drop down box. And click
OK.
