No. They are Server Side Includes or SSI's.
Move your site to a host that doesn't require "adds."
You can find hosting for $50 per year.

If you have free site on a free hosting service, then you have to live with
the ads, as that is how they are able to offer free hosting and part of your
service agreement.

If you don't want ads, then you have to in most cases pay for hosting.
