get my resume from microsoft word to an online application

I have my resume on microsoft word and I need to put it
on an online application. How do I do this?
 
You may want to go to www.lycos.com and sign up for a free web site.
Or, open your resume > Save.As > *.htm document
Then publish that document to your Web Site and/or publish the *.doc resume
also to that Web Site.
You have a Web Site or you want a Web Site to publish your resume?
