Get Latest version on startup

Hi,

Anyway to hide the dialog box when getting latest version on project
startup.

I know you can prevent a user from having the option to upgrade
but I don't recall a way to hide the dialog altogether.

Preventing the user from having the option can be
done by setting the version number equal to or lower
than the previous build.
