Get File Name

Thanks for taking the time to read my question.

This is a tough one...

I have found this code that can return a folder path, but I am wondering if
I can add to it to return a folder path along wtih a file name.

Current code returns "C:\Test\"

I'd like it to return "C:\Test\Test.txt"

Not really sure what to add. Don't hardly understand the code.
