get bullets to appear by clicking mouse only

How do I get the bullets in a powerpoint presentation to appear only by
clicking the mouse and not all at once?
HELP SOON!!!

Highlight the text you want to animate. Go to Slide Show > Custom Animation.
In PPT 2002/2003 the Animation Task Pane will appear at the right. Click Add
Effects. Select your desired animation. Set the text to start On Click.
