Hello Newsgroup,
how can i fix it, that Outlook-Express shows me the geman-Newsgroup of
Microsoft Access ?

Assuming you're connecting directly to the Microsoft newsserver
(msnews.microsoft.com), there are many German newsgroups, all starting
microsoft.public.de (including microsoft.public.de.access)

If you're trying to connect through your ISP's newsserver, perhaps they
aren't picking them up (although that would hardly make sense for a German
ISP!)
