German language window vista home premium for englsih support

You cannot. You can either buy an English copy of Vista and install it as a
new install, or upgrade to Vista Ultimate and then change the language.
 
HI, we bought a new desktop with german language vista premium. How can we
change to english language OS?

Return the computer to the seller and request an English
