when you go to ie properties is it labled as antivirus or
something else cuz nothing come up on my list when i go to
custom security?//
 
hmmm... Is what labled "antivirus?" You can inhibit getting nasty files off the Net by disabling:

ActiveX (all)
Java
Scripting (all0

in IE Properties | Security | Custom Level...
