Not at all, however in your typical selective reading, I can see how you
come to that conclusion.

As usual you resort to insults when you are insecure, unfortunately, that is
often.
Perhaps you need to read the thread again...for the first time.

I've read it, and your inability to quote the OP suggesting she is using
a pirated PID, suggests you are just making it up.

And that you NEED to go out of your way to change my words in my sig
suggests you are a Troll.

I am not making anything up, your own inability to read my post without your
biased twist does not mean I make anything up.
"suggested" is the key word you seem to ignore.
She says "the first link basically says that I have to purchase a new copy".
There is the quote you are unable to find.
It seems she checked the Microsoft link on that page and saw her Product ID
on the invalid list.
Why else would she say it says she needs to purchase?
That suggests she has an invalid Product ID.
But without further information from her, no conclusions can be made.
And I made no conclusions, have you?

"I've read it, and your inability to quote the OP *suggesting* she is
using
a pirated PID, *suggests* you are just making it up." - Me and I've
added the emphasis to show I didn't ignore it.
She says "the first link basically says that I have to purchase a new
copy". There is the quote you are unable to find.

That *suggests* nothing other than MS trying to get the OP to purchase
another copy that she doesn't need.

http://www.mydigitallife.info/2006/...s-genuine-advantage-notifications-nag-screen/

Look at the pretty pictures showing WGA notifications. The "Get
Genuine" BS take people to a page to purchase Windows.

That is what I believe that OP is *suggesting*!
It seems she checked the Microsoft link on that page and saw her
Product ID on the invalid list.

It seems that you are *suggesting* things the OP never said at all, or
implied.
Why else would she say it says she needs to purchase?

Because of WGA notifications claiming the OPs copy of XP MAY be pirated.
And any reasonable person KNOWS that WGA flags perfectly valid installs
as invalid.
That suggests she has an invalid Product ID.

No she didn't. She said, "I receive the messages that say that
my Windows XP Pro is a pirated version."

WGA Notifications. And that has flagged major OEM PIDS as invalid. It
*suggests* nothing! I trust people, not flawed anti-consumer
technologies!
But without further information from her, no conclusions can be made.
And I made no conclusions, have you?

"I've received other options here and I've followed up on several of
them;
they are legal and I seem to not have to purchase a new copy of
Windows."

That *suggests* to me that she believes she has a perfectly valid copy
of Windows!

And perhaps you forgot that the OP suggested that you go bugger off!
But continue to make things up for the OP, and say she "*suggested" it,
when she didn't. I'm sure anyone still reading this thread can see you
are totally full of it, Juppy.
