Generics and ICloneable

It seems to me that System.ICloneable should be a generic interface, similar
to IComparable. Of course, one can just create an ICloneable<T> and use it,
but I'd be interested in knowing what it has not been considered as such.

Javier,

Considering that whidbey is still a long ways from being released, I
would not be surprised if you didn't find a generic version of ICloneable in
the final release.
