I am trying to network my daughters Win Me computer to my
Win Xp machine through a linksys router. I have an extra
network card from mine going to the hub then to hers.
Mine is directly hooked to my dsl service. Anyhow I got
all this working but It keeps periodically terminating
the connection. I have zone alarm off and it still does
this...generic host process for win32 has encountered a
problem. This is no way associated with the blaster work
before anyone says that...k...The ME machine gets no
error. But after about a minute it can't use the
internet and file sharing is no longer enabled. If i
reboot my xp machine it works again untill i get that
message again. Is there anything i can do?
Thanks
Christopher

I wondered whether you cured your problem as I am now getting somethin
similar.

I have an Xp machine connecting to the Internet via an USB ADS
broadband modem. A second Xp machine is linked to it via a network an
Internet Connection Sharing (ICS). Whenever I attempt to connect fro
the ICS client machine I get the 'Generic Host Process for Win3
Services has encountered a problem message' and the Internet connectio
is lost and a re-boot is necessary.

Please can let me know what your problem was and how you solved it.
Thank
