Generic category priority

The basic setup has categories assigned as basic colors (red category, green
category, blue category, etc.) to sort email and such -- if you sory by
category, Yellow Category takes priority over Red Cagetory in Outlook 2007
Beta 2.

I wanted to suggest that for the final release, it might be worth putting
red as top priority as most users, I would think, tend to use red as a more
urgent color, and thus would want Red Category up top.

Takes priority where?
