Generating Distribution list

While in my "in-box" folder is it possible to create a
distribution list from all the e-mail addresses that
are ;ocated in the "to" field without copying or typing
each ail box one by one?

p.s. I originally put this question in the
general "Outlook" newsgroup witout a response so I
thought this group would be a better fit - I am not
attempting to overload the system.
