Generate Auto Email

Does anyone know of a way to generate an auto email message? I would like to
set up outlook to automatically send an email message every 2 weeks to remind
emplyees to submit their time cards. I was wondering if there was a way to
set up Office XP to automatically generate an email every 2 weeks and send it
to the same people every 2 weeks. Any suggestions?
