General Tab in Internet Options missing

The General tab in the Internet options for Internet
Explorer has disappeared. How can I get it back???

I appreciate any help..

You propably have spyware/parasite, which has hidden your general tab. You
can use regedit.exe and delete key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control
Panel\GeneralTab.
But unless you get rid of that parasite, your problems will came back.
