GDI error

could someone help with this one

The procedure entry point gdiconvertenhoetafile could not
be located in the dynamic link library GDI32.DLL

its will not let me open email or Outlook or Office product
 
Do a reinstall of Office or do an update of the Office service packs from
officeupdate.microsoft.com .

Be sure to reapply SP4 afterwards.
