gcasServ.exe, gcasDTServ.exe not loading

I have the the real time protection enabled but it refuses to load after rebooting.

XP Home SP1
 
Known issue, should be fixed in future update. Have been to run in it safe
mode? Try uninstalling and reinstalling.

Were you running as an administrator or owner when you did the original
install? As Andre mentions--uninstalling and reinstalling may help--be sure
you are an administrator when installing.
