I am getting garbage in the row where it tells what folder I am in. This
folder row is below the tool bar and before the heading (From, subject
Received, Size).
When I first open Outlook, the row is all white. Then if I go into my
browser and back into outlook it specifies the folder (Ex: Inbox) but gets
overlayed with data from the browser screen I was in.
I tried reinstalling Outlook 2003 but it didn't help.
Any ideas???

This sounds like the portions of the application window aren't being painted.
Often this is a system resources, memory, or GDI issue. Are your video
drivers up to date? Do you have adequate RAM?

Ironically I just got this resolved after posting in the XP newsgroup. . I
updated my registry and installed SP3 and now everything seems to look good.
