gap in Document Map

I have a gap in my document map between 3.1 and 3.1, but I simply
cannot understand why.
I just can't get rid of it.
I would be grateful if somebody could tell me how I can delete it.

Did you check that there's no empty heading 2 paragraph? In most cases
that's the reason for such gaps.
