gap analysis

Hi.

I am doing a gap analysis on a business unit and would
like to plot the outcome to make it easier to understand.

Does anybody know a way to create a chart that puts
categories vertically, values horizontally and plots the
results in a line (not bars)? Is there any way to do some
color shading between the results line and 100%, which
should be achieved?
