quickgamma is a freeware I use to fine tune the gamma on my laptop
just google quick gamma freeware
 
The Display may have a gamma setting/adjustment.
Some application software has gamma adjustment.
Windows has color management builtin, so that a "profile" for the display
may be used if it is available.
