Game will not open

Loaded a EA golf game last night and in the middle
of the first game, was moving laptop on my lap. Then felt
a skipping noise, then screen went black, then next came
up the screen came up Windows loading as if it was shut
down?? Then it was on my desktop like I turned on the
computer. Then the game would not work. If I clicked on
the icon it would open then just go down the task bar. it
would not officially open.

Hi PB,

What do you think caused that "skipping noise" you "felt"?
Feel free to provide more detail about it if you're not sure.
That answer will be the biggest clue to solve this issue.
