Hi Dabee,
If you have all your recommended Windows Updates, it includes an
Online Crash Analysis update, which when you get those errors and
click the button to SEND them to Microsoft will generate a reply with
a resolution for the problem. Here's a quote from MSKB ID 821253:
"Windows Error Reporting has a new feature. With this feature, you can
automatically view responses to Windows error reports. After you submit
an error report, you can immediately view any available information that
relates to the issue, such as hotfixes, workarounds, or other relevant info."
