Is anyone else a little curious as to why events and holidays added to
Windows Calendar are not expressed in any way on the gadgets Calendar? It's
either i'm doing something wrong or the desktop Calendar is pointless.
Please help. Thank you

Hi,

I don't think there is any correspondence between the Gadget Calendar and
the Windows Calendar. I haven't found any. I have the Gadget Calendar up
simply to show the days of the week. It doesn't have any events or holidays
added to it either.
