Gadget Calendar Problem

my gadegt calender has an problem it doesn' show any entry, just the orange
box.

Even if you drag it off the sidebar onto your desktop?

Hi,

There is no link between Windows Calendar and the Sidebar Calendar that I
could find if that is what you are looking for.

The Sidebar Calendar is just a Calendar to show you the dates. The current
day is highlighted in orange.

If there is a way to link the two I would love to know as well.

Hi there yes I have exactly the same problem I believe mine occurred after
loading the latest version of Nero I did not set a restore point so cant go
back

Do you have a similar problem with the stocks gadget if you drop it on the
sidebar it dissapears ?

I upgraded to the latest Nero & don't have this problem.
I only installed the burning rom though & no other apps.

Thanks Richard may be I will try that I am loading version 7.9.6.0 of Nero

Uninstalled but still can't get the calendar gadget working

Is there anyway to fix this?

Right I fixed mine it was the fact that somewhere along the vbscript.dll
became unregisterd.

This gave me just an orange box for the calendar gadget plus the stocks
gadget stopped showing up in the sidebar altogether to fix the problems

open a DOS command window in administrator mode.

then type in regsvr32 vbscript.dll

wait to see if you get the message succeded.
