fxcop and asp.net 1.1

If you are using CodeBehind, you can still check the precompiled DLL as you
would any other dll (it's located in the /bin folder). You could check the
JIT'ed aspx page by looking at your Microsoft.Net temp folder, but I really
don't see why you'd want to do that since like 99% of the code is generated
by ASP.Net.
