FX 5950 0n Asus A7X333 Motherboard

Hello

I'm about to upgrade my Athlon 2500 (Barton 333) to 3000 (Barton 333) on a
Asus A7V333 Motherboard.
The videocard I'm going for will be a nvidia FX 5950 256mb.

Is there anyone out there running a similar combo? and are there any
preferences / issues associated with particular brands of the nvidia FX 5950
256mb in relation to the Asus A7V333?

Any advice, or recommendations on suitable videocard manufacturer would
appreciated ................ Thanks..

Why would you bother upgrading for an extra 330+MHz when the 2500+ Barton
can easily overclock to a 3200+. Just go into BIOS and change your FSB to
200 and multiplier 11 and save a couple hundred (AUD).

It doesn't matter what brand Video Card you get it will work fine, although
if I were in your situation I'd go for a 9800XT or with that money you will
save from not having to upgrade the processor get the X800Pro and mod it to
an XT.
