now... how could I activate the profile when CCC is started?

now... how could I activate the profile when CCC is started?

after I did that it worked great on my 4870, but I decided to go back
to default profile and delete that one and now the default is set to
the manual setting and my fan runs at 50% all the time witch is ok
cause it runs at 50C now instead of 75 to 80

After a bit of checking, it seems that the profile, after activated,
would be loaded automatically during CCC startup. So, case closed.

Is there anything that will set the fan to a higher speed before a user
has logged in? (I use XPpro).

Mod it at hardware level? Careful with V and I if you really wanna do it.

Mod it at hardware level? Careful with V and I if you really wanna do

.... Is more reliable than using software solution. But the fan connector
of 4850 is a bit weird... not just 2 pins.
