Fuzzy toolbars

Hi. I'm looking for some help or suggestions. I
purchased Excel 2003 and Word 2003. The toolbars in both
programs appear "fuzzy" like the contrast is turned down
too low. None of my other programs have this issue. Is
there a way to fix this. I changed the button size and
changed my resolution and neither fixed the problem. The
fuzziness is pretty annoying, does anybody have any
suggestions? Thanks. Marv

Figure 2 on the following page shows the Excel 2003 toolbars, which you
can compare to the fuzziness in your copy of Excel:

I find the new toolbars harder to read than the buttons in previous
versions, but don't know of any way to change the settings.
