Fuzzy Screen or Font

I noticed some posts on fuzzy screens and/or fonts.
One solution is to right click on windows' desktop, click PROPERTIES.
then click on the SETTINGS tab. Color quality should be set to 32-bit
(or its highest value), and the screen resolution can be increased to
help.
