fuzzy pics on IE

On internet explorer the pics look fuzzy and the icons on my taskbar look
fuzzy too. does anyone know whats wrong and how can i fix it?

Maybe you are using one of the high speed
dial up services...lower quality graphic display
is one of the tricks they use.

The fuzzy icons on the taskbar may be caused
by a issue with your video driver.
