funny image making my vista go crazy

Hi,

My girlfriend was making a banner and sent me an image. I saved it, browsed
with explorer to the directory, clicked on it and ...
vista started flashig, moving windows, moving the mouse caused the screen to
go
black and flash with windows.

i put on my website for you the see if it does the same thing.

you should be able to alt+f4 to kill it.
it is not a virus, it's made with corel.

I have ATi drivers, 8.2 i think.
