Functions in a worksheet for 2003

[SO CONFUSED]

my workshee looks like this below:
Game 1 PLACING Game 2 PLACING Game 3 PLACING
0 63 3 60 6 57
1 62 4 59 7 56
2 61 5 58 8 55

and so on:

But if say game 1 down the page came in at 73 and was higher that the others
then i want all the placings to change into their new placings of 2 3 4 etc.
Game 1 is I colum Game 1 Placing is J Colum Game 2 is K COlum Game 2 Placing
is L COlum and game 3 is M colum with the game 3 placing in N Colum from
number 1 to 130 in all colums. I need it to be in the highest to lowest order
of game 1 2 and 3 not just each game.

can't really understand the structure of the col as you are
explaining it
first problem is the 0, how can game 1 be 0,1,2,3
there is a big dif in a formula that starts with 0.
Do you have to 0 what is the signifigance

the 0 does not really matter. start it at 1 then and work from there

ok so there are 3 complete different games
and there are 130 different game players
as you enter the score of each player
in the placing column you want excel
to automaticly rank the players by scores
are any one of the 3 games worth a higher
value than the other 2 games
please fill in the blanks

no all the same. I just want that if in game 1 someone has a game of 100 and
someone else in game 2 gets a 123 for example that the placing colums changes
it so that the 123 is now in first place and the 100 goes down to second or
wherever they may be.

If you are saying that you want the highest score per ROW use a helper
column. Then use small or rank or sort.
