Function & paste special values

How I use functios whit "paste special?
Meaning: I have data A1 and 1 use some function A2, after that I have to
delete colum A1. So A2 get #REF!, how I have to do this?

Hi,
Before deleting information in A, select B, copy, in the same position do
paste special, values, then delete A
