Function in VB.NET

Microsoft.VisualBasic.Financial.IPmt(...) may due what you need.

there is no such function available in Microsoft.VisualBasic.Financial
probably they forgot to include it, all other fininancila functions available in Excel are present in the namespace except CUMIPMT
