Function for upper and lower control limits?

Does anyone know of a function or add-in that can take a set of data and
determine upper and lower control limits without having to enter all the
necessary formulas to determine the same manually?
 
Your question isn't at all clear. What do you mean by "upper and
lower control limits"?
