Function: days of week in column, Excel 2000 & 2003

Hello,

Is there a function that will put days of the week begining in coloumn
e14 for one year excluding holidays based on dates this format 1/1/2007
- 12/31/2007 in Coloumn B2:B13 and excluding weekends?
