Func key

When i type jklmuip, i get 123045*. how can i get this to stop
it is like the "fn" key is stuck

Usually, a can of air for blasting the dirt out from under the func key
would do it. Turning it over and patting it on the back, or maybe a vacuum
cleaner

Turn of NumLock. On most laptops you use an Fn + function key combination.

Turn of NumLock. On most laptops you use an Fn + function key combination.

You have to press SHIFT + ScrLk on Thinkpads, to turn off NumLock.
