Full view screen

I have a sheet that can't be seen unless I use the full
screen view feature. It would seem that the sheet is
minimizes or hiden when not in full screen view mode.
Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Maybe...

Go into normal view
Window|arrange|tiled
and resize manually.
