full screen vs within a window

Howdy,

Any ideas why a pps that is made to view using a full screen [slide show /
set up show / show type / presented by a speaker (full screen)] decides to
appear "within a window" on the web?

Of course it doesn't happen ALL the time...just when it feels like it!
hehehe I don't get it? Any ideas?
