Full folder pathname in title bar?

When viewing a folder, the window title bar contains something like

Inbox - Microsoft Outlook

The header pane is entitled "Inbox"

In essence, both of these contain the simple folder name. The cached list
of folders when invoking "Move to Folder" also shows only simple folder names.

Outlook enables the creation of tree-structured folder hierarchies; all that
is required is that the folder names contained in a particular folder be
unique. For example, this enables the creation of folders entitled
"Correspondence" in two or more parent folders, say Personal\Correspondence
and Work\Correspondence. In such a situation, the simple folder name is
ambiguous.

Is there a way to force the title of the header pane to be the full path
name of the folder? Is there a way to force the folder names shown in the
"Move to Folder" drop down menu to show the full path name? Note that for
the latter, it would most likely require that the drop down window be
substantially wider, and would probably require the elision of characters in
the middle of the full folder path name.

No, but you can see the full path if you display the Web toolbar.

This addresses the more trivial part of the query; I will certainly enable
the web toolbar. Thank you.

This still leaves the problem that the list of most-recently-used folders
for filing messages still consists of simple folder names, and this is where
the most confusion occurs.

That built-in behavior cannot be changed. Perhaps more descriptive folder names are the solution.
