Can anyone help me with a problem. I have been using this
camera with no problems up until now. I cannot download
images from my camera, I am getting the message that the
camera properties are not recognised. Also U32 Error in
getting TWAIN data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
software. Tried different USB ports. I have used
troubleshhoter and there are no problems. I have had
someone try for hours and they are baffled. I have tried
different camera leads and I am getting very frustrated.
I have contacted Fuji who are adamant that it is not the
camera. The camera Icon is in device manager under
imaging devices, so it had been loaded onto the sysetm.
Please help before I go mad!!!!
