FTP with IE

If I'm using the browser to download fixes from various
support sites and they redirect you to an FTP site the
download will fail. The browser will come back with a
message that the page can not be displayed.

Does anybody know what the fix is for this.

Make sure Web Folders are installed with your version of IE.

I would try an FTP site that is up about 80% of the time. Try ftp://ftp.microsoft.com and see what happens.
