All it will be used for is uploading photos for ebay auctions.

Only about 500K and very easy to use. Also has a no-install version.

Start/Run/cmd
Then type
ftp
and you're in an ftp program. Connect to the site, log in and send
your files.

Portable Filezilla. About 2 MB, but doesn't need to be installed. Just
unzip and run it. Pretty comfortable to use.
